Coaching is a behavioral-change process that takes time. I find that a minimum of three months, or about 12 sessions, is needed to start seeing the positive change clients want. To truly sustain that change, the longer you work with your coach, the more likely you are to maintain the changes you’ve created.

That’s why I prefer a three month package. My clients usually prefer to work with me on a weekly basis, so that adds up to 12 sessions over three months. I’m happy to work with your schedule, however, and find a frequency that works best for you.

I conduct my sessions virtually, enabling me to work anyone anywhere. Because I work a lot with kids, families, and working professionals, I offer most of my availability in the evenings and weekends. You can view my current openings HERE.

I begin all of my new coaching relationships with a free consultation, so we can find out more about each other, make sure we’re a good fit, and then decide what your goals are and how we can work together to accomplish them.

I have a selective approach to taking on clients, as I believe in delivering the highest level of personalized attention and results. To ensure that I can fully dedicate my time and expertise to each client, I limit the number of clients I work with at any given time. This exclusivity allows me to provide a tailored and exceptional coaching experience. Consequently, my rates are reflective of the premium service, extensive training, and focused commitment that I offer to each individual I work with. My three month, 12 session packages are $1500, which includes a 90-minute intake session and 11 regular 60 minute sessions. I on rare occasions will offer single sessions for $125 each session.

I am happy to add additional sessions for assessments and debriefings of them for an additional fee. Given I am trained in multiple assessments, the rates depend on which assessment(s) you prefer and how many sessions using that information you would like to have.
