Packages

Coaching is a behavioral-change process that takes time. Clients usually work with me for a minimum of six months, usually twice monthly for an hour each session. I will also split hour-long sessions into shorter 15- or 30-minute sessions if that works better for my clients and to accomplish the goals my clients have set for themselves. Six months at minimum generally is needed to start seeing the positive change clients want. To truly sustain that change, the longer you work with your coach, the more likely you are to maintain the changes you’ve created.

I conduct my sessions virtually, enabling me to work with anyone anywhere. Because I work with working professionals, I offer evening and weekend sessions. You can view my availability HERE.

I begin all of my new coaching relationships with a free consultation, so we can find out more about each other, make sure we’re a good fit, and then decide what your goals are and how we can work together to accomplish them.

I have a selective approach to taking on clients, as I believe in delivering the highest level of personalized attention and results. To ensure that I can fully dedicate my time and expertise to each client—including a significant amount of behind-the-scenes research, customization, and preparation that goes into every client relationship I maintain—I limit the number of clients I work with at any given time. This exclusivity allows me to provide a tailored and exceptional coaching experience.
